SAPFIT Achieved Outstanding R&D Result in 2015

SAPFIT keeps rapid development during the hard time of ceramic industry, in 2015, it accomplished fruitful outstanding technical innovation in 2015. On 23th January, SAPFIT was awarded of 2014 “Foshan Enterprises Technology Innovation Fund” by Foshan Technology Bureau for the project of “Roller Type Double Driving Double Charge Feeding System (Real Marble Feeder)”. In October, SAPFIT got the title of “National Hi-Tech Enterprise”; together with the world famous company Dongpeng Ceramics, SAPFIT was listed as one of “Foshan Technology Research Center”, with the title of “Foshan Ceramic Machinery Engineering Technology Research Center”, defeated all the famous ceramic machinery companies in China! In December, SAPFIT launched 2.4*1.2 meter super wide feeder for thin tile and take-off table to fit with the 1^st 10,000 Ton press in Asia for Monalisa Ceramics.

3D Feeding Technology Increases the Product Grade of Marble Tiles 

      

The project of Roller Type Double Driving Double Charge Feeding System is a great innovation in ceramic industry. The core technology is special double charge feeding to make the 3D full body effect. After firing, from cross section, the tiles with texture body perfectly looks like natural marble, even cannot be distinguished from the real one. It greatly increased the product grade of marble tile, make it to high-end product. 

At present, all kinds of precious marble have been over mined. Most of the marbles are nearly exhausted. SAPFIT promotes 3D feeding technology in order to avoid over mining of marble and protect ecological balance in the earth. Since there is only one earth, it is everyone’s responsibility to protect the earth and our living environment. 

In 2015, the top ceramic brand in western China launched the full body GVT, and the top marble brand launched full body marble tile with 3D feeding technology by SAPFIT, made SAPFIT’s 3D Feeding Technology famous overnight in ceramic industry. Super Wide Feeding System Pushes Forward Ceramic Thin Tile 

The grand present of 10,000 Ton press brings glory for Chinese in ceramics industry. In order to fit with this press to get on production line, SAPFIT supplied super wide 2.4*1.2meter feeder for thin tile and take off table for Monalisa group. It is the first super wide feeder in Asia. 

SAPFIT General Manager Mr. Liu said, ”Superwide feeder and take off table need to take plenty of technical breakthrough after the width getting larger. For example, feeder needs the feeding balanced, take off table needs loading balanced so that it can produce premium quality products.”
